Questions we get asked.
How early should we bring you in?
As soon as the site and the capacity are known. Pre-production input is cheapest and best, but we routinely pick up live events that need cover from tomorrow.
Can you handle the licensing paperwork?
Yes. We write safety plans and Statements of Safety for TNSA and local authority applications, and we stay available for questions right up to the hearing.
Do you work with our existing stewarding company?
That is the usual arrangement. We support your team rather than replace it — briefings, supervision and a second pair of eyes on the ground.
Can training be delivered at our venue?
Yes — sessions run at your venue, your site office or online, and attendance records are issued for every session.
